The Victory

This refurbishment of eight apartments, creation of one new build apartment, and fit out of commercial space in the basement took place over 42 weeks, beginning in March 2018. The site had no external space for storage, and items were delivered through a single entrance door, meaning careful planning was required to effectively utilise space available in the basement and co-ordinate project delivery to ensure all work was completed within the defined timescale and £600,000 budget.
