As a private residential site, the Arcus Group worked closely with the client to ensure the project could be completed with no external space available throughout the build, and with all deliveries being made through a single entrance door. Careful planning was paramount to ensure the client was able to maximise the space was used to a premium. The project was successfully completed within the budget of £125,000.
