Project Description
The project had a number of challenges, including careful planning of phasing to ensure that the gas and electrical sub-mains which run through part of the building, providing a supply to neighbouring properties, were not impacted by the work. The Arcus Group worked closely with relevant property owners to ensure agreements were put in place to effectively manage this process and ensure open lines of conversation. This £1.8m project was completed within budget, and the resulting apartments were let as affordable housing.
