Our Story
Established in 2017, The Arcus Group has grown from a general construction company into a multi-disciplined entity comprising of Arcus Homes, Arcus Construction and Arcus Mechanical & Electrical.
During that time, we have developed working practices which allow us to achieve the highest standards in quality, reliability and customer service.

Arcus Homes
Arcus Homes is a dynamic privately-owned property development company, acting as both developer and contractor, ensuring a targeted level of control across our schemes. We build innovative and design-led development in a number of key London locations. Our ability to deliver projects from inception to completion allows us to ensure we perform consistently within required timescales, offering an exceptional end product as a result.
Arcus Construction
As construction and internal fit-out specialists, our multi-skilled team covers all trades, enabling us to provide a complete in-house, end-to-end, turn-key service, which is managed and completed to our own impeccably high standards.
Arcus Mechanical & electrical
Arcus Mechanical & Electrical is a ‘complete solution’ provider of mechanical and electrical installation services, working in both the public and private sectors. Our teams of highly skilled and experienced technical staff and engineers provide an integrated M&E project management service.

Environmental Management
At Arcus we understand and care about how our work affects the environment and are determined to minimise the effects. With this in mind, we have developed ambitious performance targets and a highly responsible work ethic throughout the businesses in our group and our supply chain. Governed by our own Environmental Management System, we are focusing on reducing our carbon footprint, cutting waste, sourcing products responsibly, seeking recycled materials and actively managing dust, noise and pollution.
